Return Policy and Procedure

Before sending products to the customer we test products to ensure the quality therefor there is no chance of low quality, damaged products. For satisfaction of our valued customers we have an easy method to return products. Please note product will be return only in case of damage due to courier provider.

How to return products?

  1. Call our customer complaint number 0340-1812399 or send an email with detailed information on before starting return procedure.
  2. Pack the damaged products and fill the return form (included with order) and go to your nearest post office.

Refund Policy

  1. will return amount of damaged products+Pakistan Post Registry Chargers via Bank Account, EasyPaisa, JazzCash or Mobile Load.
  2. will not return shipment charges.
